Both of those sites are full of advertising cookies.

If you're interested in knowing how to build a very tight PC that no spyware can get into, install:

XP + SP2
- turn off file and print sharing
- remote assistance turned off
Spybot with TeaTimer
- TeaTimer runs in the background
Virus Checker
- in the background
Sygate Personal Firewall
- enable DLL authentication
- disallow all net activity except iexplore.exe and application updates.

I have not had a spyware in over a year.
