Today while I was looking through the sports pages, I saw this huge picture from an NBA game with A1 trying to dunk the ball, but B1 with his hand through the basket blocking the shot.
Now I haven't seen that much action above the rim in my career so I'm just wondering if that is a. legal in the NBA? b. legal in the NCAA? c. legal in the NFHS?
