Well, as you all know, about a month-and-a-half ago, I broke my wrist by running backwards. I just got back from the doctor and he took my cast off.

I have to go back in a month to make sure it is fully healed. He told me I could go back to doing what I do.

PLEASE: DO NOT RUN BACKWARDS.
