Can you bring in a substitute in after the technical foul has been issued to shoot the free throws?

John, in HS, you can even bring another sub in just to shoot the second FT of the T.

Hey John,
How are things going back there in Missouri? Indianapolis has been great so far, doing mostly under level JV/Frosh games but am starting to get a few Varsity games as the year goes on.

Just so you know, The association down there in Jeff City has helped me a ton. The way the guys in charge handle things and help teach the younger officials, really allows those younger officials to become good officials quicker than the atomsphere here in Indy. It might be because it's a smaller association but it has got me to the point where I feel I am ready to officiate any game they give me.

Again thanks for all of your help along the way and pass on to the guys in the Jeff City association my thanks and say hello for me.

Great to hear from you Jerry! Your fellow officials and I often talk about you and wonder how things are going. They miss you and will tell them hello from you.

Your absence hurts, but there have been some young JCBOA officials step up another level. As you said, the biggest asset that the association has besides charachter is assisting the young official. It keeps growing and getting better.

Wishing you the best. You are a great official. Those bigger games in Indy are inevitable for you. Hang in there......prove it on the court.

John
