New Pool

A group, of Montana officials, has come together to form a new pool.. Are there any pools/associations out there that have websites reflecting their organiztional structure?
I am looking for examples of what has worked for other groups. I.e. the hierarchial structure of officers, committees, by-laws, etc. Thanks for your assistance.

Our website (http://home.officiating.com/scbowbo/) lists the board of directors (and their duties) and also has the constitution online which talks about the organizational structure a little bit.
