I would like some help from people already using systems for mentoring young officials. I have been given the task of developing a mentoring system for our association. We had 150+ new members this year, and our association calls over 8,000 games per season. So you can see the magnitude of what I have to figure out. Any emails for what is working well for your group would be appreciated greatly, as I prefer not having to reinvent the wheel, just take wheels that are round and work and put them on my car instead.
