Question

ball is in BC. A1 passes to A2 who has both feet in FC. A2 deflects the ball back to A1 who is still in the BC.

I whistle an Over & Back violation. A's coaches doesn't like the call.

Even though A2 never possessed the ball in the FC. The ball had FC status before A1 picked up the loose ball in the BC. So, over & back, correct?
