NFHS Basketball exam part 2

Does anyone have the answers to part 2 of the NFHS Basketball exam ? I would like to check my answers.

I think there is an "unwritten rule" about posting the answers to part 2, since many associations give this as a closed book test and you never know who hasn't taken it yet.

You'll just have to wait, but since you are a Cub fan, you're probably used to waiting.

Don't be too quick to put down cub fans. At least we have a World Series title.

OK, fans, when was the last time the Cubs played in the Fall Classic. I think most of the folks on this board were not born yet, but the Billy Goat guy was!
