I use the pre-game outline card supplied by IAABO. It is quite similar to the one in the NFHS book. Also, when I'm the R, I usually have the U1 cover the rule changes and U2 the points of emphasis prior to talking floor mechanics and other details. That way everyone is forced to be involved actively.

Of course it's probably or should be talked about in your pre-game, but if you are doing 3-man make sure you blow your own lines! Lately, (when I'm not working a game, just watching) I've been seeing too many double whistles for OOB. Just something to think about.
