This is one of the things that I see from many officials and it's sort of a pet peeve. Once you warn him, he's free game. I never give more than 1 warning. If after the first warning you make any sort of comment, gesture or anything WHACK!!! When you start giving more than 1 warning, it lessons your credibility.
Now this is just my opinion and how I do things, if you disagree so be it, just giving you guys a piece of my mind.
