a player of team A commits his 5th personal foul. team B is in the bonus and the 1st free throw is
made when I realize that coach of team A has not replaced the player who fouled out. Standard
procedures were followed when A1 fouled out except as the administering official I did not wait until
the substitute entered the game. The error was corrected by bringing the sub in before the second
shot of the 1 and 1. I should point out that there were no empty lane spaces. Question is was this
handled correctely and if not what should have been done.
