Terrible, terrible service. I just called them three times. First time I called, I was put on hold and disconnected. Second time, whenever they answered whoever it was belched "hello", again I was put on hold and disconnected. Third time, I was asked if I could hold, and I said no I could not and I wanted to speak to a manager. While I was talking to him, he claimed to have a bad connection for both situations. Very, very unhappy and pissed!

I only order Basketball stuff for the most part through Gerry Davis. +POS I would only order baseball stuff from. At that is largely because I live 20 minutes from the office.

I know what you mean about +POS. I have delt with them on numerous occassions, and have had nothing but problems with them each and everytime I deal with them. Having said that, I try to stay away from them as much as I possibly can what it comes to ordering officiating supplies.

a group of us ordered some of the new rebok patent leather shoes from +Pos...first game for one of the guys, the shoe blows out near the little toe...calls em up they are out of stock in his size, and won't refund his money.....poor poor pooor pooooor customer service...and we will all remember it...
I have always had good luck with Officials Choice however... |
