Question

I was just wondering how many Associations have an open book Test? My commissioner and I had this discussion last night and I need some input!

Once you pass the IAABO in our association, it's open book all the way but we are considering changing that to force some of our memebers to open the book!

Northern Nevada does not use the NFHS tests. We get the California 200 question study guide and the answers from our crew chiefs in the couple of weeks prior to the test, which consists of 100 questions chosen from those 200 questions. So while we take the actual exam without access to the rules book, we have been given both the questions and the answers ahead of time.
