I am looking for a canned pre-game check list. A while back, a year or two ago, someone posted a web-site of an assocaition that used one. I believe that it was in the State of Washington. Anyone remember that or have learn of other pre-game check list that are available?
Thanks for your time!

Here's one from Seattle that I like:

http://home.officiating.com/sowb/index.html
Click on Forms
Available in pdf or Word format (open in Word to customize it)
I put both sheets front-to-back and laminated them (works great with a wet-erase marker to illustrate).

I created the following 3 man pregame from information I gathered from this site. I believe several of the senior, trusty, dusty guys have pregame info galore which they have shared for us to use in creating our own checklists. This is one I put together from the information they provided. If you want the editable, rtf version, send me your email address.

I'm still looking for the 2 man version I created along with this... If you want it, I'll look harder.

That would be great if you can take a quick scan of the area for that two-person copy...
I am heading up a small pool (about 12 officials) in Western Montana and I'm trying to get as many of the aides that helped me along in my officiating career..
Semper Fi!

The Utah Pre Game Card is posted in PDF format at

http://www.uboa.org/Forms_main_page.asp It is specific for a two-whistle crew

It has not been updated on position for time outs but everything else is pretty good...

Kelvin,

Can you edit your post and remove the two dots (..) after the .asp in your hyperlink? Otherwise, it comes up with "Page cannot be found".

Thanks!

DIAGRAM

Does anyone have a 3-person mechanics diagram that I can paste into a word document? The one that tharbert posted is perfect, but since it's in pdf, it won't copy and paste into word correctly. Thanks!

In Adobe Acrobat, you can save the file as a JPEG or a couple other different image files. Then you can open any image editing software and crop the words out.

Or you can go here:
