Player A1 taps jump ball out of bounds. Team B gets ball near division line. Does the possession arrow point to team B, because team A won the tap, or does it go to Team A because of 4-3-3-a, "violation during the jump before a player secures control"?

When the ball is handed to B for the throw-in, set the arrow toward A's basket - they get the next AP possession.
