Yes.
There is nothing against the rule that do not allow a player to gain possession of the ball or establish a pivot foot after gaining possession. You just cannot dribble after a fumble. Now understand a fumble means the ball handler lost possession of the ball on their own. Not just the ball being knocked away from you. Peace
