The problem is that there isn't really a definitive ruling on this play, as far as I know. Until we get one, all we can do is argue the different positions that we have- without anybody's opinion really being any more valid than someone else's differing opinion might be.

Interesting play though. You just hopelikehell that it doesn't happen while you're on the floor.
