Communicate with your partner... Mostly I am talking about non-verbal things, such as EYE CONTACT BEFORE YOU ADMINISTER THE BALL for a throw-in, etc...
The other area of non-verbal communication the need to focus on VERY deliberate mechanics. (This is another way of saying S_L__O____W D___O___W__N.) Do not dispair, it will get better with more experience!
