GV, Pretty good teams, two-man
Had an injury last night. Home defender got PC'd on the end line ( and lucky for me I called the PC  )It looked like that player would get up at any time and clear the floor. Injured player stayed on the floor, with only the Trainer, in what became a 10 minute break. After a coupla minutes, both coaches were with their players (no subs), standing on the floor in front of their respective benches. I had asked that they not sit, but suggested they could grab some water. After the mandatory applause, the teams got right back to it. What is the proper procedure? Thanks mick

I think I'd let them sit. Is there some reason not to?

I'd let them sit after a few minutes have passed and it's obvious that a few more may.
BTW, there's a cigarette advertisement/spam on the Football board. Could you take care of it for us, mick?
