In Indiana,...

Varsity: $50-80
JV: $33-$40
Frosh: $30-$35 ($40-$45 for DH)

For the most part, no assigning fees.

On rare occasion, you can work out some kind of travel compensation with that school's AD--depending how good you are and how bad that AD or coach wants you to do his game.
