I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I reviewed recent posts and didn't see anything, and the search function is currently disabled so I will ask anyway.

I'm considering purchasing both the NFHS Basketball Rules study CD ROM by Athletic Rules Study, and the Basketball Refs Guide Book from NASO and I was wondering if anybody else had purchased these and what their impressions of the products is. Any assistance is appreciated.
