Talk to the AD of a local HS or check with your state HS Activities Association. NFHS.org has a link to all states. Look at my web site under FAQ. You may want to go to a college game and talk to the officials. All college officials got their start in High School. I could almost always catch the officials leaving games if I waited 20 minutes.

I am a college student in New Jersey. Along time ago, i realized that I wanted to officiate basketball, but I know nothing about going about it. I want to know what I have to do to become a ref.
