A1 is called for a regular foul, the teams 7th. B1 goes to shot the 1+1. After a valid free throw attempt by B1, A2 steps in to "box out the shooter", A2 is overly aggressive in their box out and instead of just holding their position, their decide to aggresively back into the free thrower. The ball goes in and i call a foul against A2, the teams 8th.

My question is should i line up the rebounders along the lane for the second shot of the first 1+1, or should i have the rebounders step out of the lane. I know that i will allow the rebounders back in after the second shot of the 7th foul has been taken.

Fed 8.1.2:

If the ball is to become dead when the last free throw for a specific penalty is not successful, players shall not occupy any spaces along the free-throw lane.

Yes, I think it's obvious here that you would clear the lane.

False double foul, SH. Clear the lane and shoot the 2nd shot.
