I would have e-mailed you, to avoid the possibility of getting back into the "fray", but you've turned yours off. Not that I blame you...

Flying howler - what a creative idea. Does the coaching box have a cone of verticality that extends to the ceiling in case I start flying while I howl?

A coach's "cone of verticality" only extends upwards. You can jump as high as you want. If you come down however.......

Yeah, that's OK as long as you control yourself while outside of your cone of excrement.
