I don't have my rule book with me, so will someone give me the rule reference for the folling situation. College rule. Excessive TO. 1) Order for the T foul shoot and the TO. 2) where does it say they still get the TO. 3) how long is the TO. 4) the rule showing they may Sub during the TO.
Thanks

BR 5-12-1 Timeouts in excess of the allotted number may be requested and shall be granted at the expense of an indirect technical foul for each.

Also, where does it say the order? I'm sure we shoot the penalty shots then start the TO.

5-12-2: A 75-second timeout in games not involving electronic media or a 30-second timeout in games involving electronic media shall be charged to and used by the team requesting the granted excessive timeout.

I'd guess that too, Bart.
Not certain.

NCAA 2003:
Men: Shoot ---> timeout ---> point of interuption. 10-4-1
Women: Shoot ---> timeout ---> ball to opponent. 10-4-1 (a)
