After a time out you take it where it was previously going to be.

Example:
A basket was just scored and the other team requests a time out. When they all come back in, the ball will again we inbounded on the baseline. Just where the game left off.

Can Someone Help Me Please

Following a timeout, play is resumed out of bounds in the vicinity of where the ball was when the t/out was called.
