Sources to purchase group Liability Insurance ?

Fellow officials,

I need your assistance.

I just got a notification of cancellation/non renewal
of liability insurance for my "group" of officials
from Chubb Custom Insurance of New York, NY. through their
group in Wheaton, Illinois.(effective 7/1/05)

Reason: "Does not meet underwriting criteria".

I have had this policy for two years and have not
made any changes nor have we filed any claims.

I am located in San Diego, CA.

Any suggestions for a new carrier would be appreciated.
