Game Fee Survery

For comparison's sake, would you please list the varsity high school game fee that your state pays? I don't need travel fees, just the official's game fee and whether that fee is for 2-person or 3-person. If your state pays different fees by school classification size, please note that as well. For instance:

Washington State: 2-person
$48.00 per official for classes 2A, 3A and 4A
$42.00 per official for classes 1A and B
