Situation #4 this weekend.
Table signals to us that the foul being reported will result in double bonus. We line up to shoot the free throws. I tell the players we are shooting two. Player shoots her first and misses. Then a player on the other team says, "Hey, were guests and it says we only have 8 fouls. The other team has 10." Now, it turns out that the scoreboard was wrong, the scorekeeper had it right. But, if we did inadvertantly end up in this situation would we have gone with a jump ball after the miss of the first?

Yup.
Dead ball/inadvertent whistle, no team posession - go to the AP arrow.
