Not sure you are going to get one. A hold is not really defined in specific terms that I am aware of. The rulebook just says that you cannot do it. But a handcheck is not defined directly in the rulebook either. But it has been a POE in the past and it just suggests that you cannot direct, displace, hold or control a dribbler. Handchecking is only contact with the dribbler. It does not apply (from what I remember) to a player without the ball.
