Question

team A's coach and team B's coach are aruging . my partner is administrating a free throw. a T was givin out to both coach and the previous foul shot have not been made yet whould you let the first foul shot go throw to determine who get the ball after the technical shot are rewared?

You use the AP arrow to determine who gets the ball.

There are no free throws awarded for a double technical foul. Administer the previous free throw without any players on the lane, and then go with the arrow.

If under Fed the answer has already been given, but NCAA would have another answer. On the double T, no shots for the T's (nothing different here), but play would not be altered at all. Just continue where you left off. Gotta love POI.
