For Chuck and any other NBA fans out there. Anyone know what the NBA ruling was of the "fight" with Payton and Claxton? If you saw that game, what did you think of the ejections?

Denny,
It was a few days ago, but I am thinking 20K for The Glove and 7-1/2K for Speedy.

Payton said he was pushed into Claxton and if he wanted to get ejected he would have swung at him, not bite him. He promised to stay in the game from now on.

Like mick, I think it was basically fines all around, with no suspensions. Fines were light, compared to the $200k the Pistons got hit with for playing 'Sheed the other night.

Yeah, it seemed pretty high for a game that they lost anyway and the fact that they jerked the players as soon as they found out.
But, I imagine it got everyone's attention.
I wonder who, on the Piston's staff, will get a payroll deduction this week.
