I agree with all that's said here. Yeah, I remember the casebook too but will try to avoid having to call this. Chances are this would be some kind of double whistle situation. If I have to call it, I will. No big deal.

I thnk it's funny that when this thread comes up, the ad banner at the top talks about Gilligan. Seems so incongruous on a basketball board, but then it's obviously keyed to the content.
