Could someone give me info that determines where (baseline or sideline) the ball is inbounded at times durring the game. Thanks

If you draw a line from the corner of the endline up to the corner of the free throw line,(including the semi-circle) and the ball goes out inside that area, the ball is inbounded on the endline. If outside that area, the ball is placed on the sideline nearest the spot where it went out of bounds for the throw-in.

cc, I might add that you draw parallel lines to the sideline to determine where on the baseline the ball is to be put in play. For instance, if the call is in the lane, you go just outside the lane line extended on the side of the lane where the violation or foul occurred. If it happened halfway to the sideline from the lane, you administer the throw-in halfway to the sideline from the lane etc. The officials manual has a diagram to illustrate where the throw in is to be administered. If you don't have one of these books, I suggest strongly you get one.
