A1 goes up for a dunk, and hangs on the rim longer than necessary. While this is happening one of the other officials notices B1 pushing A2, Being the official, what should I call? What types of fouls?

by the way

I'm a student in College, and am in the basketball officiating class, I love it! But I don't know a lot of stuff. I've learned a lot from actually officiating intramural games here at my college.

If he hangs on the rim for no reason, it's a T. During this time, the ball is dead. So, the contact between B1 and A2 would have to be intentional or flagrant to be called. It would be a technical foul, since the ball is dead.
