I know I'm getting a late start this year. I'm in Europe working with CYS Sports. We're in our 3rd week.

Couple questions if you would?

NFHS

I heard last year they were going to eliminate the low block and open up the lane space by moving everyone up one on free throws, is that in effect this year?

Also, I have seen officials after a call, go to the T instead of the C this year, is that the new rotation for officials this year?

What rule set are you asking about? FED, NCAAM, NCAAW, FIBA?

That did not happen. They only eliminated the top spaces.

Not sure what this means. You still go opposite table on all fouls. That has not changed. The NCAA Men's changed, but that has nothing to do with HS mechanics.

NFHS changes

The took out the high block (closest to free throw line). Shooting team has maximum of 2 players in marked lane spaces. Defense team had max of 4.

Calling official usually goes opposite table. If shooting free throws, that means the C. But depending on spot for throw in, could be L or T.
