L(Lead), C(Center), T(Trail). L is under the basket, the T is on the same side as the L at the 28' mark on the sideline. C is even with the FT line extended, on the sideline opposite the L and T. L and T are strong side. i.e. ball side. L,C,T try to maintain a triangle. So, what ever side the ball is on the L goes to that side and the C and T adjust to their new positions.
