I have a questions about officals in NCAA. Where are the 3 officals located. and how do they rotate on the court?

To hard to discuss all situations in a thread. Go to a 3 person camp this summer.

Basic answer (really really really basic).
You have a Trail, Center, and Lead.
Trail is behind the action. Lead is under the baseline on the same side of the court (left or right facing the basket) as the Trail. Center is on the opposite side, free throw line extended.
When the ball is down low, opposite side of the hoop from lead, lead will cross over to that side. Center then backs towards the half-court line and becomes Trail, and Trail moves to FT line extended and becomes new Center.

L(Lead), C(Center), T(Trail). L is under the basket, the T is on the same side as the L at the 28' mark on the sideline. C is even with the FT line extended, on the sideline opposite the L and T. L and T are strong side. i.e. ball side. L,C,T try to maintain a triangle. So, what ever side the ball is on the L goes to that side and the C and T adjust to their new positions. If you want more info you can always buy a CCA manual.
