After made basket...Can you dribble while....

After team A makes a basket team B takes the ball out of bounds on the endline. They can run the baseline and pass to another player, but can they dribble while out of bounds? Please advise....

Yes.

In fact, they can dribble on a throw-in that's not after a basket as well.
