Steve,
Please use Icons when posting. Some of the guys/gals here have sensitive ego's and feelings, and you do not want to upset them. This is just a tid-bit of info for you, since you may not know alot of the people here. You will understand more about who the above mentioned one's are once you read and reply to more posts. This is a good place to learn, and you will figure out which one's to ingnore.
