I know their last two opponents, the Raiduhs and the Broncos JV team aren't powerhouse opponents, but someone had a hand in that AZ thing....
Just Minnesota living up (or should I say down) to expectations.

Green Bay is the team I'd least like to see in the playoffs, but as the #1 seed the Eagles should be ready and willing to face anyone. Brett Favre has the ability to win a game singlehandedly -- or throw 4 picks :)

Yep it should actually be a pretty good year in the playoffs, assuming Denver wins, or else the whole system sucks wind....LOL BTW I searched and it appears your post was grammatically correct with no obvious spelling errors......drats..... :)

I agree...but after the Seahawks dispose of them, you will not like seeing the scoreboard after the NFC Championship game...
Seahawks 24 Eagles 21

BTW, the Seahawks have a one game road winning streak going, so watch out!
Denver fans...get your skis ready, your football season is one game from being over! :D

I'm going to (try to) close this thread.

If you want to talk football playoffs, go to an appropriate forum for that.

Kudos to the Hawks. Finally got to the playoffs in spite of "those damned officials".

Unfortunately, after Green Bay, we will continue to have the longest run without a playoff victory.

Small step for Seahawk fans.

Awww, Bob. Don't be a Scrooge. Dan and JR kept that lame baseball thread going for 10 months and nobody yelled at them. . .

[/B][/QUOTE]Dan and JR? The Chuckster didn't have anything to do with that thread?

Come to think of it, it's almost time to bring that one back to life. :D

Whoa whoa whoa now hold on there Fenway breath...I've been trying to ignore your posts to that damn thread ever since Pedro refused to give up the ball on that fateful day way back in October, despite your constant attempts to rekindle it with trade rumors and assorted news tidbits picked up from the NY Post & Boston Herald. In fact I'm surprised you didn't revive it when the Boss went *** up over the weekend...JR on the other hand, now that is one trouble maker that we will all be better off without! :p

Awww, give us a break Bobby :D

Basketball Officials do actually have a life outside of our great game that we administer.
Heck, we've talked about everything here from Mark's meds to mad cows...
if we get caught up a little in America's game (NFL) during the playoffs well, maybe that just shows some of the human side to us stripes.

Having said that, I do agree that this forum should be about basketball [most of the time]. IMO the people of this forum interjects basketball with real life "stuff" appropriately.

Hey did you guys ever officiate a charity basketball game between the home town cops or firemen or whatever and a Pro Football team, pretty fun....of course the Broncos won't do those charity games for a couple months until all their business down in Houston is complete.....there how's that guys, got some basketball back in here :P
