Where do u guys get your grey shirts. I know that Honigs is sold out in my size until march, and i sorta need a new shirt now. I know about Blue and Grey, but i'm not a big fan of their shirts, becuase i've gotten too used to the poly-cool shirts, and the ones from Blue and Grey are really heavy and hot.

So, do any of you guys know where to get a dri-fit type shirt anywhere but Honigs??

I got my grey poly-mesh from Gene at Blue and Grey.

We're going to stripes though for next year.

Everyone gets to go to stripes, and we have to stay with the greys.

Just out of curiosity, rgaudreau, what association are you with??

I'm in Alberta, where we just went to stripes this year. We buy from Team Skyline, I think they are clearing out the last of their "international" grey shirts.

Try http://www.teamskyline.com

I'm from B.C. , we just went to stripes, no more grey.
Shirts from Team skyline, in North Vancouver,B.C.
Talking to players and coaches they like the stripes.
I thought it was a good move for stripes.

Is Ontario the only one still wearing greys??

Irony

I find this discussion a bit ironic. Here in the States, referees are getting excited about the possibility of switching from stripes to grays. It seems that "with the times," simply means, "moving to something different." However, the grays being marketed down here are a bit different, as they have black pin-striping, and are spelled with an 'a' instead of an 'e';-)

Up here, we spell a few words differently: grey, centre, colour, theatre, labour (and many more).

I'm with the Timmins Basketball Officials Association.

We've made a local decision to go with the stripes. We've done a few of our tournaments with the stripes and reaction has been very positive. At our last meeting we decided we would switch over. So we are gradually fading out the greys between now and next season.

In Québec, we are still with the grey shirts and I haven't heard any words on changing for the stripes. However there's the men's college league (CEGEP) who is now being refereed with stripes shirt.
