ok everybody i know that this is intended for NCAA women officials however there are some things that apply to the mens game.

If an official calls a flagrant technical foul, the penalty is two free throw shots and the ball awarded to the offended team at the division line. The player is not ejected.

I believe that this is a typo - on a flagrant technical foul, the player would be ejected.
