For me, the saving grace was a new pair of shoes and a pair of heel lifts. I wear orthotics in my everyday shoes, but they won't fit in my athletic shoes. The heel lifts are almost as good for me and take all the pain away.
But the other posters are right. If heel lifts don't help, go see a doctor. Rich
