I haven't found this in the NFHS book yet. If A5 has one foot in the lane and one foot outside the line, is there a 3 second count? A rule citing would be great if you have it.

fed rule book 9-7-2 ....applies to a player who has only one foot touching the lane boundary also the case book same rule 9-7-2
