Does anyone know where it clearly states how the IAABO patch will be displayed\sewn on the referee jersey. I have everyone's opinion, I just wondered if it was written Somewhere!

In our board the IAABO certified guys wear their patches on the left side of the jacket. We try and keep our shirts (and the patches on them) consistent. Most of our board wears the American flag on the back (1" under the neck line), but if my partner doesn't have a flag then we go with patchless shirts. To add in the IAABO patch and the MD state patch I would have to carry way too many shirts. Three is enough at this point (flag on the back, flag on sleeve for NCAA, and one with nothing).

Check with your state association (or league commissioner if NCAA). Our state association (MO) specifically outlines what patches are to be put where.
