Question

Pertaining to time-out administration, which of the following statements is false:
A. a timeout requested is not always granted;
B. during a live ball with team control by A, that team can always be granted a time out;
C. during an interrupted dribble, no time out can be granted;
D. no time out can be called while a passed ball is in the air from A1 to A4.

Test-taking strategy

Just some general advice, B very leary (insert EXTREMELY APPREHENSIVE) about agreeing to the words "ALWAYS" and/or "NEVER" in any True/False questions.
