Just a few questions:
When B4 grabbed the rim after his attempted dunk, did it move down? If so, was it completely in it's stationary position when the ball hit it? Or, was the rim still in it's upward movement? a) entirely the referee's fault b) a BLOCK on A3 because his foot was OOB c) bored baseball umpire waiting for spring d) see choices above
