I am not pleased with the wording of 4-19-6 on page 28 of this book because it makes it sound like #3 is required to be stationary in order for a player control foul to be called.
We all know that as long as he obtained initial legal guarding position he may be moving laterally or obliquely provided it is not toward the opponent when contact occurs from 4-23-3b in the rules book. I wish that they would remove the words "but he is stationary" from this example. |
