Article 5 A goal is made when a live ball enters the basket from above....
So a ball enters from below.. breaks the plan of the rim from above and a. bounces out onto the court--- play on b. goes back through the basket- clearly no goal.. but is it play on or a violation--- I know I should know this..can't find it in the rules.... thanks for the help Stew in VA CVBOA
